Friulano is the typical white of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The vineyards are situated on the higher part of the hill, facing West and South.
Harvested towards mid September, the whole grapes are gently pressed; the must is decanted at low temperature and left to ferment at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, then it remains for around 8 months on the yeast residues.
It has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, attractive bouquet, refined and delicate with a typical almond flavour, whose intensity depends of the year. It has also round bodied.
