The grapes of the vineyards situated in mid hill, facing East, are harvested towards mid October.
The wine ferments in steel for around 12 days in contact with the skins. After it is separated from the skins, the wine is left to refine, again in steel, for around 19 months.
This wine has an intense ruby colour, characteristic herbal bouquet, rustic and penetrating with a hint of raspberry. As it evolves, the herbal note is balanced by a remarkably, complex bouquet.
